Day 1:

- Morning: Arrival and check-in at the retreat centre
- 10:00 am: Welcome and introduction session
- 11:00 am: Guided meditation session in nature
- 1:30 pm: Lunch break
- 3:00 pm: Sightseeing
- 6:30 pm: Sunset meditation session
- 8:00 pm: Dinner and campfire
- 9:00 pm Night Walking Meditation

Day 2:

- 5:30 am: Morning Walking Meditation ( Breath Work Healing )
- 8:30 am: Breakfast
- 9:00 am: Sightseeing
- 11:00 – 12:30 Meditation Session ( Topic: Inner child Healing )
- 1:30 pm: Lunch break
- 3:30 pm: Sight Seeing ( Water Adventure Activities )
- 5:30 pm: Tea and snacks
- 6:30 pm: Guided meditation session at Sunset Point
- 8:00 pm: Dinner and stargazing
- 9:00 – 10: 30 Breath Work Session ( Topic: Healing Connections with Parents )​

Day 3:

• 5:00 am: Morning Oneness Meditation
- 6:00 am: Forest Walking Healing Meditation
- 8:00 am: Break Fast
- 10:00 am: Sightseeing
- 12: 00 pm: Group Discussion
- 1:30 pm: Lunch Break
- 2:30 pm: Closing Ceremony Feed Back Session
- 3: 30pm: Packing Language we return to Hulbi 0r Alnavar

- Eco-friendly cottages with attached bathrooms

- Pure Vegetarian meals prepared using locally sourced ingredients ( No garlic, No Mushroom )
