Refund Policy

Effective Date: 24 June 2025

We understand that plans can change. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before registering for any of our retreats or services.


1. Booking Deposits

Most retreats require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This covers administrative and reservation costs.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 30 days before retreat start date: 70% refund (excluding deposit)

  • 15–30 days before: 50% refund (excluding deposit)

  • Less than 15 days: No refund

Please notify us in writing at contact@healingwalks.in to request a cancellation.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

If we cancel a retreat or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund including the deposit or an option to transfer to another date.

4. Retreat Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another person or retreat (if available), subject to administrative approval and fees.

5. No Show Policy

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or leaving the retreat midway unless due to a verified emergency.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). In such cases, we will try to reschedule or offer partial refunds where possible.

7. Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
